What is RUH?

DROP 001 is HUM, the opening RUH piece. HUM is available in Black and White, with dedicated colour-specific product views.

DROP 002 is PYAAR MEIN — the current RUH release, presented in Black and White.

Yes. A RUH account can hold your profile, account-linked order history, synced wishlist and saved delivery addresses across signed-in devices.

No. Guest checkout will remain available when ordering opens. Guest orders can be found securely with the RUH order number and checkout mobile number.
How do I sign in or reset my password?
Open Your Account and choose Sign in. Password recovery is available from the sign-in screen, and RUH never receives your password.
Sign in ↗Can I see orders in my account?
Yes. Signed-in customers can see orders securely linked to their account. A guest order is not attached merely because its email matches; use secure guest-order lookup for those orders.
View orders ↗Does my wishlist sync?
Yes when signed in. RUH merges appropriate browser-local saved pieces into the account without duplicates. When logged out, the wishlist remains stored only in that browser.
Can I save my delivery address?
Yes. Signed-in customers can add, edit and remove their own Bangladesh delivery addresses. Saving an address is optional and guest checkout remains available.
Is RUH accepting real orders right now?
No. RUH is currently in pre-launch. You can browse products and save pieces to your bag, but ordering and payment are not open yet.
Which payment methods will RUH support?
Payment methods will be shown at checkout when ordering opens.
Which courier will RUH use?
RUH plans to deliver through Steadfast Courier when ordering opens.
What sizes are available?
HUM and PYAAR MEIN are offered in M, L and XL. S is Coming Soon. Official garment measurements are available in the Size Guide.

How much are RUH T-shirts?
HUM and PYAAR MEIN are currently ৳650 each.
How does colour selection work?
Each product keeps Black and White media separate and labels every available view. Front, Back and Detail images appear in that order whenever they have been supplied.
