Terms
These terms describe the RUH website, customer accounts and shopping features.
Ordering opens soon. Adding a product to your bag does not place a confirmed order or take payment.
RUH and this website
The website presents RUH products, brand content and shopping features, including customer accounts, wishlist, saved addresses and order history.
Pre-launch status
Ordering is not currently open. Browsing products or adding a piece to your bag does not reserve a garment, complete a purchase or create a delivery.
Customer accounts
Customers may create a RUH account and should keep their sign-in access secure and profile information accurate. RUH may restrict an account used for fraud, unauthorized access or harmful misuse. Customers can sign out or remove their RUH account data from the account area.
Guest use
Browsing does not require an account. Guest checkout will remain available when ordering opens, and customers will not be forced to create an account to purchase.
Orders
When ordering opens, product availability, stock, prices, delivery charges and totals will be confirmed before an order is accepted. Account orders are visible only to the signed-in customer. Guest orders require the order number and checkout phone for lookup.
Products and pricing
RUH aims to present product names, images, colours, sizes, availability and prices accurately. Full product details will be published before ordering opens.
Payments
Payment is not currently available. The payment methods accepted by RUH will be shown when ordering opens. RUH will never ask customers to enter a wallet PIN on this website.
Shipping and exchanges
Shipping, exchange and returns information will be published before ordering opens.

Customers can manage their profile, wishlist, saved addresses and account-linked orders after signing in. Recently viewed products and some guest features may remain only in the customer’s browser.
RUH content
The RUH name, logo, website design and original brand content may not be copied, misrepresented or used to impersonate RUH. These terms do not make unsupported claims about third-party material or grant rights in material owned by others.
Prohibited use
Visitors must not attempt fraud, malicious interference, unauthorized administrator access, security testing without permission, access to another customer’s data or use of the website in a way that harms RUH or other visitors.
Website availability
RUH may update, maintain or temporarily interrupt website features and does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as RUH develops its services. The version published on this page applies from the date it is updated.
