These terms describe the RUH website, customer accounts, ordering, payment and delivery experience.
RUH and this website
The website presents RUH products, brand content and shopping features, including customer accounts, wishlist, saved addresses and order history.
Ordering
Adding a piece to your bag does not reserve a garment or complete a purchase. An order is created only after RUH validates the selected products, available physical stock, customer details and authoritative delivery charge.
Customer accounts
Customers may create a RUH account and should keep their sign-in access secure and profile information accurate. RUH may restrict an account used for fraud, unauthorized access or harmful misuse. Customers can sign out or remove their RUH account data from the account area.
Guest use
Browsing and checkout do not require an account. Customers are not forced to create an account to purchase.
Orders
An order is accepted only after RUH validates the products, variants, availability, authoritative prices, delivery charge and customer details. Account orders are visible only to the signed-in customer. Guest orders and receipts require secure ownership verification rather than a guessable order number alone.
Products and pricing
RUH aims to present product names, images, colours, sizes, availability and prices accurately. The price and item details stored when an order is created form the order record and receipt; later catalogue price changes do not rewrite historical orders.
Payments
Checkout shows the authoritative Pathao delivery charge paid online through Paymently and the remaining merchandise balance collected by Pathao on delivery. An online payment is recognized only after RUH confirms it securely with the payment provider; a browser message or return page is not proof of payment. RUH will never ask for a wallet PIN.
Shipping and delivery
Supported website orders will use Pathao, while eligible Chittagong or manual orders may use Local Delivery. Delivery charges are shown before order confirmation. Payment confirmation does not mean the parcel has been booked; RUH prepares and packs the order before courier booking.

Eligible requests are handled under the published Exchange / returns policy. RUH does not normally offer cash refunds; approved cases may be resolved through replacement, exchange or store credit. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details and should check product, colour, size and quantity before confirming an order. RUH is not responsible for delays caused by information the customer supplied incorrectly, although RUH will assist where reasonably possible.
Accounts and saved data
Customers can manage their profile, wishlist, saved addresses and account-linked orders after signing in. Recently viewed products and some guest features may remain only in the customer’s browser.
RUH content
The RUH name, logo, website design and original brand content may not be copied, misrepresented or used to impersonate RUH. These terms do not make unsupported claims about third-party material or grant rights in material owned by others.
Prohibited use
Visitors must not attempt fraud, malicious interference, unauthorized administrator access, security testing without permission, access to another customer’s data or use of the website in a way that harms RUH or other visitors.
Website availability
RUH may update, maintain or temporarily interrupt website features and does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as RUH develops its services. The version published on this page applies from the date it is updated.
