Shipping & delivery
RUH delivers across Bangladesh through Pathao where service is available. Eligible Chittagong and manual orders may use Local Delivery.
Where RUH delivers
Supported website orders will be delivered across Bangladesh through Pathao. Eligible Chittagong orders received directly by RUH may instead use Local Delivery. The applicable delivery method will be confirmed with the order.
Preparation before dispatch
Orders may require up to 1 business day for printing, heat pressing, finishing and packing before dispatch. A piece that is already prepared may move sooner, but RUH does not promise same-day dispatch.
Payment and courier booking
The authoritative Pathao delivery charge is shown before payment and paid online through Paymently. The remaining merchandise balance is collected by Pathao on delivery. Payment confirmation and courier booking are separate steps: RUH prepares the piece first and creates the Pathao shipment only after the order is packed and marked ready to ship.
Delivery charges
Your delivery charge is calculated from the real Pathao quote for the packed parcel and selected destination. RUH does not use a fixed nationwide delivery rate.
Tracking
Tracking becomes available after the courier shipment has been created and dispatched. Local Delivery orders receive customer-friendly delivery updates without exposing internal courier information.
Delivery details
Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable Bangladesh phone number. Customers are responsible for checking that their name, phone number and delivery details are accurate before confirming an order.
