This notice explains how RUH handles customer and visitor information on this website.
Information RUH processes
Depending on how you use the website, RUH may process your name, email, Bangladesh phone number, profile details, saved delivery addresses, wishlist, order details, product selections, contact enquiries and newsletter subscription. We may also process limited technical information where necessary to keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
Customer accounts
If you create a RUH account, we use your account details to let you sign in, manage your profile, save items and access your account features across signed-in devices.
Passwords and sign-in
RUH does not receive, read or store your password. Password recovery, email verification and sign-in security are handled through the account sign-in service.
Orders and guest checkout
When ordering opens, RUH may store your contact details, delivery address, selected products, colour, size, quantity, prices and order status. Creating an account will remain optional, and guest orders will not be added to an account solely because an email address matches.
Wishlist, recent views and browser storage
A signed-in wishlist is stored with the RUH account and can sync across devices. A logged-out wishlist, recently viewed products and the shopping bag may be stored only in that browser. When a customer signs in, appropriate browser-local wishlist items are safely merged without duplicates.
Saved addresses
Signed-in customers can add, edit and remove Bangladesh delivery addresses from their own account. Saved addresses are optional and will not be required for guest checkout.
Newsletter and contact messages
Newsletter sign-ups store the submitted email and subscription status for RUH drop communication. Contact enquiries store the details entered in the form so RUH can respond to the message.
Security
RUH uses reasonable safeguards to protect customer information and restrict access to account details. Guest-order lookup requires both the order number and checkout mobile number. No website can promise absolute security.
Retention
RUH keeps account, enquiry, newsletter and order information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, protect the website and maintain legitimate order records.
Account deletion and requests
Signed-in customers can remove their RUH profile, synced wishlist and saved addresses from the account area. Legitimate transaction records may be retained without an active customer profile where necessary for order records.
Services used by RUH
RUH uses trusted services to host the website, store information and support secure account access. This policy will be updated when payment and delivery services become active.
